Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription to our services at any time. Cancellation requests should be submitted through our support portal, via email at support@relaybox.net, or through our Slack or Discord channels. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
  • Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is made after 7 days but within the first 30 days of the subscription, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellation requests made after the first 30 days of the subscription.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged service outages or failure to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments, additional refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of Relaybox Ltd. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to discuss any issues impacting their use of the services.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email at support@relaybox.net, through our support portal, or via Slack or Discord. Include your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
