End User License Agreement (EULA)

Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Relaybox Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of our software and services ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Software.
License Grant
Relaybox Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. This license does not grant you any rights to use the trademarks or service marks of Relaybox Ltd.
License Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Copy: Copy the Software, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
- Modify: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Distribute: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
- Use for Third Parties: Use the Software for the benefit of any third party or make the Software available to multiple users through any means, including by uploading the Software to a network or file-sharing service, or through any hosting, application services provider, service bureau, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or any other type of services.
Third-Party and Open Source Software
The Software may include components that are licensed under the Apache License 2.0 or the MIT License. Your use of such components is subject to the terms and conditions of these licenses.
Apache License 2.0
- Permissive License: The Apache License 2.0 is a permissive license that allows you to freely use, modify, and distribute the licensed software, provided you comply with its terms.
- Conditions: If you distribute copies or modifications of the software, you must include a copy of the Apache License 2.0 and provide clear attribution to the original authors.
- Forks: Modified "forks" of software licensed under the Apache License 2.0 should only contain licensed source code and must be made available under a different product name to avoid confusion with the original software.
MIT License
- Permissive License: The MIT License is a permissive license that allows you to freely use, modify, and distribute the licensed software, provided you include the original copyright notice and a copy of the MIT License in any distributed software.
- Conditions: The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Relaybox Ltd retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the trademarks or service marks of Relaybox Ltd.
Updates and Upgrades
Relaybox Ltd may provide updates or upgrades to the Software from time to time. Such updates or upgrades will be subject to the terms of this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement. Relaybox Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.
Term and Termination
Term
This EULA is effective upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions by installing, accessing, or using the Software and will remain in effect until terminated.
Termination
Relaybox Ltd may terminate this EULA immediately upon notice if you violate any provision of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Relaybox Ltd does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relaybox Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your Use: Your use or inability to use the Software.
- Unauthorized Access: Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Interruption or Cessation: Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software.
- Errors or Omissions: Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Software by any third party.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relaybox Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Software or your violation of this EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction] to resolve any legal matter arising from this EULA.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Relaybox Ltd regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
Changes to This EULA
Relaybox Ltd reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised EULA on our website. Your continued use of the Software after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
